Rajyalakshmi Kanuri
Rajyalakshmi Kanuri is a research assistant intern at ISEY, University of East London (UEL), and a master's student in psychology, contributing to the various projects, focusing on participant recruitment and home visits. Rajyalakshmi's academic and professional journey is deeply rooted in understanding behavioural changes influenced by childhood experiences, and currently, she is conducting her master's thesis, focusing on adults who have experienced childhood emotional neglect and the subsequent behavioural changes observed in later life. Through this research, she aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how early emotional experiences shape personality, coping mechanisms, and overall psychological well-being. Passionate about gaining hands-on experience in psychological research, Rajyalakshmi is committed to expanding knowledge in childhood behaviour and trauma-related outcomes. They are eager to refine their expertise and further explore strategies to support individuals in navigating the long-term impacts of early life experiences.
